It actually was alright. I was a bit concerned with reviews but it wasn't half bad . Rooms were very clean and looked nice especially considering prices , the location is good and very close to underground. Guy at the reception was very welcoming and nice, had a good laugh with him . So all in all it was a pleasant stay . The only suggestion I would give - guys , if you are concerned about doors banging , please, spend £20 to buy rubber buffers for doors, so they would prevent it . It is quite weird and unpleasant when stuff is chasing you around the hotel and asking not to smash doors . The doors are closing very slowly on they're own and accelerate at the very end , what people don't really expect
Our 2 night stay here was very nice! We decided to book a hotel that’s more on the cheaper side as it was only for us to have a relaxed two night stay in London. We also chose this as it was close to Winter wonderland. It exceeded more than what I expected. It was very clean, nice and comfy bed and nice shower. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room we got but that was not a problem as we were mostly out the whole two days. I’m not sure about the other rooms. The guy at the front desk was very friendly & assured us that he is one call away if we needed anything. Checking and and out was also fast and easy. Will definitely book again for a weekend stay.
The hotel staff was so friendly. The luggage storage was possible without an extra fee. The rooms looked new and were wonderful. Our favourite: the water pressure in the bathroom was so good, that we've really enjoyed to take a shower!
Wow, It's one of my favorite hotels in London. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is also unbeatable - it's right in the heart of the city, so you're just steps away from all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions. I would definitely recommend OYO to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in London.
On arrival Adi was very welcoming and a lovely man to chat to. He was very helpful and could answer any questions we asked. The room was lovely and just right for what we needed - the refurbished room was wonderful and for a central location was a very reasonable price. No complaints and would 100% use this hotel again.
A really good place to stay, great price, really friendly staff. Previous reviews on ‘can’t get in or out’ is nonsense. As guests we were given an access code so we could come and go as we pleased. Was willing to give us extra towels and pillows and store our luggage, couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay again. Only comment is there were
Basic hotel but good value for money. Pretty much the cheapest room I could get in central London but my room was modern and clean. Didn't spend too much time there but I found it to be big enough for myself and two friends. Close to multiple tube stations so was easy to get in and out of London. Would recommend for people on a budget!
Me & my son stayed at this hotel due to the location, and for how cheap it was, it was a lovely room. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews about the rooms but Our room was lovely. We stayed in room 203 and we had no issues. It was like the photos, clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a telly for entertainment in the night. The guy on the front desk (I’m so sorry didn’t get your name) was so polite and helpful. Shops are 3 mins around the corner with loads of places to eat, the underground is on the same road as the shops and hype park is across the road. I could have definitely stayed more than one night here :) when we come back to London I’d most likely come back here. Thanks again! You really can’t moan for the price you are paying.
